You retain all rights to content you upload or create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for providing and improving our services.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, and other similar charges.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance periods
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Third-party service failures

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RemoteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • We are not responsible for data loss; you should maintain backups

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemoteFlow SAS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your content and activities on the platform

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
